First Western Celebrates 11th Annual “100 Cheers” with Grocery Initiative
First Western Bank is ringing in the holiday season with the launch of its 11th annual 100 Cheers week beginning Monday, December 8, 2025. Each year, this tradition brings employees together to create joy and connection throughout the communities First Western proudly serves.
What began in 2014 as a celebration of the bank’s 50-year anniversary has evolved into a signature holiday initiative, one focused on generosity and gratitude in our local communities. Over the years, 100 Cheers has included everything from volunteer projects and donations to random acts of kindness and gift cards.
This year, First Western is expanding its impact with an effort designed to help families and individuals across its footprint: groceries. Throughout the 100 Cheers week, First Western Bank
team members will surprise randomly selected individuals with $100 toward their grocery bill, offering a simple gift during a busy, and often costly, time of year.
“As needs in our communities evolve, so does 100 Cheers,” said Brenda K. Foster, President & CEO of First Western Bank. “By giving $100 toward groceries, we hope to offer meaningful
support and remind people that their community, and First Western Bank, is here for them.”
Community members can follow along and watch moments of 100 Cheers unfold by visiting @bankfirstwestern on Facebook and Instagram throughout the week.
