John Stibbe comes to First Western Bank & Trust as the Eastern ND Trust Manager and Vice President. Stibbe earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Ag Economics from North Dakota State University, also earning a Law Degree from William Mitchell College of Law. He is very involved in the community; serving as President for TNT Kids Fitness and as a board member for the Fargo-Moorhead Opera. Stibbe has over 31 years of financial, banking and business management experience.
Mark Strand is a Dickinson native, who graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Speech Communications. Strand comes to First Western Bank with over 24 years of banking experience; specializing in retirement plans, non-profit board reserves, and IRAs. He has served on the West Fargo High School Packer Backer Board. First Western Bank & Trust is excited to have Mark join their team as a Vice President and Senior Trust Officer.
Caley Perleberg is a graduate of the University of North Dakota State University and Jamestown native. Perleberg has worked in the financial institution industry for over 15 years and served on the Probstfield Farm Living History Foundation. First Western Bank & Trust is excited to have Caley join our team as an Assistant Vice President-Trust Portfolio Manager.
Joan Wrolstad is a graduate of the University of North Dakota State University. Wrolstad has worked in the financial institution industry for over 18 years and volunteered for Junior Achievement. First Western Bank & Trust is excited to have Joan join our team as an AVP Trust Officer.
Kailey Boraas has joined First Western Bank & Trust as a Trust Officer. She is a graduate of Concordia College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Boraas grew up in Big Lake, MN and has over 5 years of experience in trust services and in 2018 graduated from the ABA Trust School.

Amy Remmick comes to First Western Bank & Trust as a Retirement Benefits Representative. Remmick has over 20 years of experience in Banking & Finance, she started with the trust department in October of 2019.
Jaymie Emmerich is a graduate of Globe University. Emmerich has worked in the financial industry for over 12 years and volunteered for United Way and Junior Achievement. First Western Bank & Trust is excited to have Jaymie join our team as a Trust Operations Assistant.

Shawn Dye has joined First Western Bank & Trust as a Trust Officer. He is a graduate of Moorhead State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Dye grew up in Breckenridge, MN and has over 23 years of experience in trust services and was involved in volunteering for the Lake Agassiz Exchange Club.
